  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
